-> 454 Cubic inches (7.4L)
-> 7k RPM redline. Seven-kay!
-> 770 HP, more than 100/Liter for those who think that matters
-> Fuel Injection or old school carbs, have it your way
-> Cast Iron block for when 770HP isn't enough and you want superchargers or turbos

I...I need dis.

Kinja'd!!!

and I need it in dis so I can murder civics, then go after M5s, then go after Vipers, then kill off ZR1s.

I need this in a time-attack-ready FD or FC RX-7. ALL THE POWER NONE OF THE APEX SEALS.

My Camaro really needs that. It already has a TH400 that might be able to survive for a little while but something tells me the 10 bolt rear might need an upgrade and subframe connectors would be a must. I would be willing to make those sacrifices.

there goes your 50 50 weight distribution.

The 10 bolt would just twist into a hurricane shaped mass of garbled steel sitting behind this. But you might make a great 1/4 mile pass before that happens!

Now stick it in this.... Somehow. Look I don't care how. Just do.

Does not, surprisingly! I've seen a FD LS-7 on the scales, 51/49. The fully-dressed aluminum block weighs as much as a sequential-turbo two-rotor, the additional weight comes from the t-56.

Well then in that case LSX ALL THE THINGS!

My Dad used to have a 1970 Chevy longbed pickup with this engine. It was a total beast. He could tow houses with it.

The truck had drum brakes on all four wheels. They would lockup a lot. Fun times... If he had not been so lazy he would have upgraded the front brakes to discs and I wouldn't have to be so scared about driving the thing. Every stale green traffic light was scary, even when going 10 MPH under the speed limit.

It had so much power. Can you imagine driving a classic Corvette with that engine?

If there is a way to get this thing to a historical Pontiac cubic inch engine size, I'd love it to add ammo to my "my '04 is too a real GTO" argument.

Maybe it will wear an extra cubic inch!

Think anyone would notice if I fibbed about it? Mercedes does it all the time.

According to the cubic inch calculator. I used, if I were to stick a 5.3 crank in this thing, I'd get a 6.6 liter, 401 ci. engine for maximum trolling.
